Shipping
We do ship international. We will ship international orders when payment is made via a verified PayPal or Google Checkout account.
Most items are shipped first class or priority mail unless otherwise noted. Most items are shipped within 2-5 days of your order, some orders may require up to 7-10 days to make. Please ask if you need an item in a certain amount of time.
On occasion, we do reuse shipping boxes so we are recycling in an effort to eliminate additional waste.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail with delivery confirmation.
Returns
No returns are accepted for Soap/Candle/Skin Care products.
Candle Lynn will judge case by case whether a refund (minus the shipping cost) will be granted, if a request is performed. In most cases on refund requests, store credit will be applied to the customers account. Candle Lynn WILL NOT accept refund requests just because you didn\'t like the fragrance. Candle Lynn takes great care and pride on shipping our packages correctly, safe and free from damage (exception of a fire, flood and or being crushed).
